TRIOS® 5

Taking the  perfect impression is one of the most important tasks in a dental office.  Most patients are familiar with the conventional way of getting an impression taken which is not always comfortable or the most accurate. Taking impressions the old way is messy, can taste bad, takes more of a patient’s time and can be unpleasant. The Trios 5 scanner can make this process more pleasant and avoid these issues. 

The Trios scanner is safe to use, takes accurate impressions, the process is faster and reduces patient discomfort. The device produces images  for fabricating crowns, bridges, dentures, inlays/onlays and implant supported restorations and crowns. The images can be used for diagnostics as well as removable appliances and night guards.

    Gerald Cummings

    Dr Gerald Cummings is a graduate of the University of Kentucky Dental School. After dental school, he served in the USN. Dr Cummings has a great passion for providing exceptional dental care with a personal touch. He is known for his highly skilled dentistry in aesthetics, crowns, bridges, and veneers. Dr. Cummings uses the latest state-of-the-art dental technology such as digital X-rays, intra-oral pictures, and Trios scanners. He is a member of the South Carolina Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the South Carolina Film Commission. He made the dental prosthetics for the Bubba character and other cast members in the film Forest Gump. Dr Cummings is excited to meet you to discuss your dental needs.
